Received my mirrors on time and they were better than I expected. The way they were package for shipping spoke volumes on the pride in which the company takes on their product. After opening the boxes, I found that I was missing a hardware package. I immediately notified the company and was promised to have one shipped via two shipping. It arrived within the time promised.
I'm glad it was remedied with a sense of urgency and concern. Five stars for a quality product and handling a little oops appropriately by Madison.
