Items purchased from Frame My Mirror are returnable within 14 days from receiving your order. All items must be returned in original condition and will be inspected upon arrival to our facility before a refund is initiated. Any return that is initiated after the 14 day period will not be accepted for refund or exchange.
*The amount refunded will be the price originally paid for the item less a re-stocking fee of 25% and return shipping fee. Paid or expedited shipping costs are not valid for refund.
*From the time your package arrives at our warehouse facility, it may take up to 7-10 business days for your return to be processed.
NOTE: Dealer, affiliate, and commercial customers may not return items for reasons other than damage or defect. If there is an issue, please call and we will happily work with you to resolve it!
How to Initiate a Return
- Call us at (800) 331-6414 or email firstname.lastname@example.org if you need to return your purchase.
- Please provide us with your name, order number, and contact information. Our office is open Monday – Friday from 8:30am – 5pm (EST). Any return attempts outside of normal business hours will be handled on the next business day.
- Once your return request has been accepted and your return label has been emailed to you by our customer support team, please re-package the item in the original box and apply the shipping label.

- From the time your package arrives at our warehouse facility, it may take up to 7-10 business days for your return to be processed and the refund to be initiated.
Always inspect your purchase as soon as it arrives. If you notice that your order has arrived damaged, please contact us immediately. Damage claims must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the shipment. Photos of the damaged item, as well as any notable damage on the box, are required and should be emailed to email@example.com. Merchandise must be repackaged in original packaging and we will schedule for FedEx to return the item to our facility. All items must be returned and inspected upon arrival to our facility before a replacement is initiated.
You may cancel your order and receive a full refund within 24 hours of placing the order. Any cancellations after 24 hours from the time of order are not guaranteed, but will be honored if the order has not yet been processed.
