Once your order is placed our work begins. We custom cut your frames to size, prepare your package for delivery and send everything out via FedEx Ground within 5-7 business days*.

The best part? You pay no shipping fees on your order! That’s right, Frame My Mirror takes care of the shipping fees for most orders within the Continental US*.

If you’d like to enjoy your frame sooner, we offer Quick Ship and Express order options. Quick Ship frames are prepared and packaged for delivery via FedEx Ground within 48 hours. Express orders are processed and shipped to arrive at your door within 3 business days of ordering!

* Orders placed after 11a.m. EST will be processed the following business day. Shipping times are estimates based on standard order volume. Heavy promotional periods may lead to a slight delay in production. Oversized framed mirrors and Add A Frames® are not eligible for free shipping offers. Oversized Add A Frames® require splicing for shipping at an additional fee of $35. Frame My Mirror will furnish a shipping quote for any oversized or irregular orders.

Return Policy

At Frame My Mirror, we take pride in producing quality work that our customers can enjoy for years to come. If your frame has been lost, damaged in transit, or defective we will replace those items free of charge. All you need to do is call customer service at (800) 331-6414 or email them at Customersupport@framemymirror.com within 15 days of the ship date. Frame orders are not returnable or exchangeable, since they have been made to your custom specifications. Please order samples so you are completely satisfied with the finish and size of the profile. We cannot guarantee that the on screen image will match exactly to the product, due to color variances in computer monitors.

 

Hawaii and Alaska Residents

When you select your frame, use the Hawaii or Alaska pricing option. We have built shipping costs into the price of your frame so you have no additional fees.
